Books and purchases
This website introduces books by Paul Moutray. Purchase links take you to an external retailer. Check the seller, edition, price, availability, delivery and applicable terms there before buying. This website does not take payment or accept book orders. Retailer links do not themselves sign you up to an audiobook waitlist.
Audiobook expressions of interest
The waitlist form opens a prepared email in your email application. You must send it to register interest. The form does not submit your name to a website database. Sending the email shares your email address, optional name, selected book and message with the recipient. Registering interest is free and is not an order, promise to buy, or guarantee of production or a release date. To stop audiobook updates, reply asking to unsubscribe or email the contact above.

Future Healthcare (N.I.) Ltd is the controller for author enquiries and audiobook-interest records handled through this website. Contact the company at the registered office above or admin@fhni.co.uk. Paul Moutray is the only authorised mailbox user.
Information and purposes
When you send an enquiry, we receive your email address, message and any name or other information you choose to include. For an audiobook expression of interest, we receive your email address, optional name, selected book and consent message. The website form opens your own email application; it does not automatically submit a signup to a website database. Please do not send health information or medical records.
We use consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR for requested audiobook availability updates. We rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) for answering ordinary author enquiries and maintaining secure, reliable website delivery: our interests are responding to requests and protecting the service. If an enquiry genuinely concerns steps towards a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) may apply to those steps. We do not use this author waitlist to market unrelated clinical services.
Retention and withdrawal
Inactive audiobook-interest entries are reviewed and deleted after 24 months without a renewed expression of interest. You can withdraw consent earlier by replying asking to unsubscribe or contacting the address above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We retain only the minimum consent or suppression information necessary to demonstrate compliance and avoid contacting someone who opted out. Ordinary enquiries are retained for as long as needed to resolve them; further retention is limited to applicable record-keeping obligations or a reasonably necessary legal claim. Hosting providers have their own technical-log retention arrangements.
Providers and international processing
Author email is handled through 123-reg and forwarded to Paul Moutray’s Gmail account. These email providers process the messages you send; access by the company is limited to Paul Moutray. See 123-reg’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Google explains its international-transfer frameworks here; 123-reg explains its contractual safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum.
The site is delivered using Cloudflare Pages. Requests for pages and media involve technical information such as an IP address and request details being processed by the hosting service. See Cloudflare’s privacy information. External retailer websites and your email provider have their own privacy arrangements. The website code does not include an analytics or advertising tracking service. This statement does not claim that hosting or security services process no personal data.
Where service providers process information internationally, relevant safeguards must apply. Cloudflare describes its contractual arrangements in its Data Processing Addendum. Contact us for further information about the provider arrangements that apply to your data.
Your choices and rights
Providing enquiry or waitlist information is voluntary. Without your email address we cannot send the updates you request. We do not make automated decisions or profile visitors for marketing through this site. Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw marketing consent. Contact us using the details above. Rights have legal conditions and exceptions; we will explain any relevant limitation. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and similar technologies
The application code does not use advertising trackers, analytics tags, local storage or session storage. Cloudflare delivery and security services may process technical request information or use necessary security technologies. We will review the notice and consent requirements before adding optional tracking.
Educational content and AI media
Books, audio and video are for general education and discussion. They do not provide individual diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. For personal health concerns, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Digitally narrated previews, AI-generated podcast discussions and the AI-generated Overclocked promotional trailer are identified alongside the relevant media. A sample or promotional summary is not a substitute for the complete book.
Accessibility and alternative formats
You can use the skip link and keyboard navigation, pause the book animation, select a cover, and use the audio and video playback controls. The site also responds to a reduced-motion preference. Captions and complete audio transcripts are not currently provided. If you need an alternative format or find a barrier, email the contact above with the page and the format or adjustment you need. Please avoid including sensitive information.
Content and permissions
Contact the author before reusing website text, book covers, recordings or video outside permissions provided by law or a relevant licence. If you believe material infringes your rights, identify the item and explain the concern using the email above.
